Job description
A Business Analyst is needed for aSalesforce Silver Consulting Partner that provides Salesforce solutions to Municipal and Local Government organizations. The Business Analyst will work on one or more projects at a time and will support the Project Managers, Architects, QA Leads and Development Team by
- Clarifying business requirements
- Working with customers to understand their current and future needs
- Leading meetings with customers
- Helping with testing and training
Requirements
- 5 years in a Business Analyst function (CRM, Salesforce is desired)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, writing user stories, testing and acceptance criteria
- Ability to map business processes and identify gaps and document solution suggestions
- Collaborating with end users to assess process gaps and system issues using As-Is and To-Be business modelling
- Self-motivated, able to work with Project Managers, End-users and Developers and arrange meetings to finish deliverables
- Capable of working remotely and motivated with delivering on high-level outcomes
- Develop Test Plans, Training Plans, Training Documents, Change Management, Deployment Plans and Test Criteria as part of deliverables
- Experience in conducting training sessions
Preferences Given to
- People who have a Salesforce certification (App Builder, Administrator or Developer)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Public Sector Solutions (Industries)
- ·Worked in a Municipal or aPublic Sector organization before
- Have years of experience
- Fluent in both English andFrench
Interview Success Factors
- Candidate must be able to walkthrough an end-to-end project delivery they were a part of explaining what the candidate did, why the candidate was successful and any challenges the candidate faced
- A view of sample work is appreciated, an MS Teams meeting will be used to share screen if needed
