We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance on Salesforce projects. The candidate should possess a strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, and demonstrate exceptional technical, planning and leadership skills. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is highly desirable. We work on small and large projects, so someone that is adaptable and has experience wearing many hats will be strongly considered.
Key Responsibilities:
As a QA Lead, you will:
- Customer Collaboration: Engage with customers to understand their quality processes and ensure alignment of the project team's approach to meet these standards.
- Test Strategy Development: Create comprehensive test strategies, persona details, test plans to ensure the highest level of quality for our services aligns with the scope and nature of the project
- Acceptance Criteria: Review and adjust acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clarity, testability, and completeness. Participate in technical meetings to understand the solution and write test cases appropriately
- Test Execution: Lead the execution of test plans, including functional, regression, integration testing and help facilitate User Acceptance Testing
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are testable and clea.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance with Salesforce projects
- Strong proficiency in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Salesforce Admin Certification is desired
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Experience working in the Public Sector.
