Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our  team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role guiding and mentoring offshore developers. The candidate should possess a Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification or at least targeting to achieve PD2 and demonstrate exceptional technical and leadership skills. Experience with OmniStudio is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. You will implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Additionally, you will develop and maintain custom Flows and other automation tools within Salesforce. You will perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and follow best practices for development.

In your leadership and mentoring role, you will lead and manage a team of developers, including offshore teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of projects. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment. Regular code reviews and constructive feedback to team members will be part of your responsibilities. You will facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the development team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather and analyze requirements. Translating business requirements into technical design documents and solutions will be essential. You will manage development efforts, including project planning, task allocation, and timeline management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes, will be part of your documentation and compliance responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• At least 2 years of experience leading development efforts and managing offshore developers.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with OmniStudio is highly desirable.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques, such as REST and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Azure DevOps) and best practices for Salesforce development.
